I was impressed with your ability to meet my delivery timeline. I ordered at 9:30AM and it was delivered by noon. That was impressive. The only feedback I have is that I was hoping for the bouquet to have as many orange-yellow roses as in this sample photo (I even upgraded to the mid-level arrangement). The actual delivery did not have as many (just a couple that I can see). I wish florists can deliver pretty closely to what the photo shows. This happens everywhere though.

I put in an order online with the types of flowers that I wanted to send a family member. The owner, Tommy, was so kind. He called me to tell me what flowers he had in stock and we discussed what I wanted to send. He could not have been nicer. I received a photo from the receiver of the beautiful arrangement and it was just perfect. I would wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone looking to send flowers in the King of Prussia area. 5 stars!

Beautiful Mother’s Day arrangement and my mom loved it! The only thing is that the card and the message I wrote out was not included, so my mom did not know who the flowers were from.

Petals creates the most beautiful flower arrangements! I especially loved the tall vase and dramatic forsythia spikes with Gerber daisies, tulips, hydrangeas & other lovely flowers. I know I can trust Petals to create a stunning arrangement.

Very impressed. Made a same day delivery order online from Texas for a friend who lives near this florist, in memory if his cat of 13 years passing away. Soon after i placed the order, i received a call from the shop confirming that they had received the order and would have to substitute a few colors which was perfectly fine. I then received an email a few hours later that it was hand delivered, and then an hour or so after that received a call from the shop to inform me that the order was hand delivered. The service is above and beyond, and if circumstances offered an opportunity to send flowers again in this area, they would be my first choice.

My daughter sent me a picture of her magnificent flowers. Thanks for the pink/red color palate and the lilies : ) She commented how nicely they were wrapped so when she picked them up at the front desk, she didn't get them on her white blouse! Well done.
